I now offer a pared down version of my Birth Doula Services, without labor support, for families looking for up to date information, help clarifying birth wishes, in-depth discussion of comfort measures for labor, and a listening ear as they prepare for birth and parenthood.
All available via video during COVID-19 pandemic
No-obligation preliminary meeting (up to 1 hr):
An opportunity to meet each other, for you to ask questions about me and doulas in general, and to see if I’m the right match for your family.

1-3 prenatal visits (up to 4 hrs total, each up to 2 hours):
After we decide to work together, we will meet 1 to 3 times before your birth. This is a great time for you to share your hopes, expectations, excitements and fears, and to ask lots of questions. These visits are also opportunities to talk about your ideal vision for your birth. I will help you access information specific to your unique situation. I’m available for questions by email, phone or text starting at the time we decide to work together. Here’s a link to a menu of Prenatal Visit Topics.
1 postpartum visit (up to 2 hours):
Within the first two weeks after your birth we will have a check-in visit. This visit can be an opportunity to talk about your birth experience, to admire your new baby together, and to get help accessing other support if you want it.
Fees:
$300-$500 sliding scale. I trust those who are able to pay at the upper end of my pay scale to do so, allowing me to provide reduced cost services to those in need.
I am happy to discuss flexible payment options including barter and payment plans if you are experiencing financial hardship, and offer significantly reduced fees to people who are Black, Indigenous, Latinx, or part of other marginalized groups.
Grace’s calm and confident presence offered the support we were looking for. Throughout the pregnancy, she was organized, available, present, and pragmatic, offering emotional support as well as practical ways to help me prepare for and cope with labor. Grace was a wealth of resources. […] she continually followed our lead to provide the support we needed, always with honesty, genuine care, and good humor.
