I had a wonderful pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience with Grace of Held Doula Services.

Grace offered practical information and feedback as well as empathy and curiosity about my experience in pregnancy. She helped me navigate my anxieties and celebrated my excitement about being pregnant.

When she came into the birthing room she immediately helped ground me physically. Not only was she able to stay present with my needs during the birth, but she was also supportive of my birth partners. 

I had a really positive experience during labor and birth and owe a lot of that to Grace’s professionalism and passion.
